Reinventing the Reseller Partner experience

The HPE Next transformation, now live in the UK&I, aims to enhance partner and customer experience through improved systems and processes focused on configuration, pricing, order management and supply chain. As part of this transition, you will begin to see the operational changes being introduced by HPE Next. Here at Westcoast, we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for our valued partners, helping you navigate these new processes and policies to ensure your HPE business continues to thrive.

In the short term, there are some changes to the data we require to process certain orders, with a brief overview detailed below:

  • Deal ID must be mandatory where Deal is used in the order.
  • End Customer Address should have correct Company name and Address. Must have End customer contact details i.e. first name, last name, phone and email (unless non-OPG stocking order in which case no details are required)
  • DD Order and Staging Order should have all the addresses [Ship to Address, Reseller Address and End Customer Address]
  • Stocking orders should have Ship to and Reseller Address
  • Serial number of previously purchased hardware to be captured when ordering Licenses and Professional Services.

  • If you are unable to provide the required information, your orders will go on hold, delaying the order process. We encourage you to make every effort to capture this at the earliest opportunity and include with your purchase orders.
