Westcoast’s thoughts on HPE’s Juniper Networks acquisition

It’s been announced that HPE will be acquiring Juniper Networks in a $14bn dollar deal to accelerate AI-driven innovation – an exciting move that will open new opportunities for the channel. The combination of these two technology giants will allow partners to offer cloud-native networking solutions that leverage industry-leading AI.

“I think it is exciting, as two great vendors of ours come together to build a stronger offering for our partners. The product portfolios largely will complement each other and although there will be some overlap, there will be some great incremental opportunities for everyone.”
Paul Harman, Westcoast Technology Solutions Director

As the only UK&I distributor with a long-standing partnership to both HPE and Juniper, Westcoast can help you through the change and maximise its potential.

“We have worked with both HPE and Juniper for many years and support our partners in delivering business value through these brands. We not only sell but offer support through pre-sales, tools, design and enablement and have dedicated resources to help any partner, irrespective of partner type, to navigate the vendors we represent.

These things take time, so in the short term, it is business as usual and we will continue to focus on what we can affect today. We are perfectly placed to help all partners through the HPE Juniper transition.”
Paul Harman, Westcoast Technology Solutions Director
