Westcoast provides multi category bespoke logistics services offering flexible outsourcing capability from stock holding, management, order pick and processing through to distribution and sales support. We aim to simplify and reduce costs all whilst providing an excellent customer experience. We’re more than just a box shifter but we do that pretty well too!

Our state-of-the-art distribution centres cover over 350,000 square feet and are all specially designed to maximise efficiency and the flow of goods. Located at sites across the UK and Europe, we provide efficient 24 hour, five-day-week solutions on rotating shifts to meet demand from our order processing and warehouse management systems.

Warehouse outsourcing

Don’t have space to hold stock? We can free up space and resources in your own warehouse by holding stock for you and shipping straight to your end user customer. Electronic ordering can automate reporting and invoicing, whilst giving you greater visibility of your supply chain. This drives significant cost from our customers’ businesses and increases the efficiency of the purchasing process.

With bill and hold you can take advantage of short term pricing promotions without having to take the stock into your own warehouse and allows us to roll-out products in a more measured fashion to your end-user customers, saving additional shipping costs.

Deliveries and fulfilment

With online real time order tracking and proof of delivery we are able to offer full transparency on order statuses. Our systems are integrated with all of our couriers including DPD and Parcelforce, providing options such as DPD Predict which can provide recipients with a one-hour delivery window. We are able to handle specific customer delivery requirements including splitting of orders, timed deliveries, deliveries to multiple locations and consolidated deliveries, and we also ship internationally.

In addition, we can provide a complete, personalised fulfilment service direct to your end users including customised paperwork and delivery to desk for a range of products, so that you can rest assured that your customers are receiving the best service on your behalf.


Westcoast does not have a call centre operation, so you will benefit from coming through directly to your appointed customer service advisor. The team is recognised for its ability to develop good working relationships based on learning the specific, unique requirements for each account. We believe this is key to providing you with a good service.

We can arrange a pick up from a courier or for you to drop off to a local hub. For faulty goods, all collections take place within 48 hours from the date reported. All returns are logged in full by our Customer Services team on our call logging system, which provides a full audit trail
