Our Sales Teams look after small to medium size business right through to some of the largest resellers across the UK. Working with these accounts can be demanding – the teams work at a fast pace and are used to managing a busy workload. In this Outbound Sales role you will drive new business across your account base with the aim of growing the accounts and pro-actively managing new opportunities.

Working within the Microsoft Product Management Team you will provide assistance and support across forecasting, vendor management, stock allocations and B2B operations to manage a portfolio of product lines including Surface, Microsoft Licensing and Fully Packaged Products. The successful candidate will be passionate about Microsoft products, and demonstrate commitment, focus and excellent attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.

You will manage all inbound opportunities from your assigned account base, responding to all quote requests with the aim of increasing revenue opportunities and lines per quote.

As a senior marketing executive you will work alongside a senior marketing account manager supporting campaign execution for several of our biggest brands. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan, pitch, execute and report back on a full range of marketing campaigns. You will be part of a team of 9 individuals delivering marketing campaigns that meet business objectives, engage customers and drive sales.

You will be a key member of the finance team, supporting both internal and external stakeholders through compiling and analysing reports, reconciling accounts and providing investigation into data discrepancies.

As inside account manager you will support the account director in delivering a high-level service to some of our major retail accounts. You will assist in growing revenue & profit and managing product availability through forecast analysis, joining the account director on customer and vendor meetings; analyzing stock and sales information as well as retailer forecasts, presenting performance data, making order recommendations to both external customers and Westcoast product managers whilst strengthening Westcoast’s relationship with one of our key retail partners.

In this role you will be providing essential administrative support within the Sales division managing our sales for an assigned vendor.
