Information for Existing Accounts
If you or the company you work for already have a trade account with Westcoast and you need a login to our website, you'll need to contact your internal Westcoast Web Admin. This is the person within your organisation that has the Westcoast website account admin privileges to set up new members.
PLEASE NOTE: if your account is inactive for 6 months, your account will change to a credit stop status, and you will need to contact our Risk team to continue ordering on the Westcoast website. After 12 months of inactivity, you will need to complete the registration process from scratch before you can place orders again.
