Pre sales technical resource
All of our sales teams are supported by our experienced pre-sales team with its specialist knowledge across all of our leading vendors. Whether its datacentre, cloud, mobility or virtualization they are a valued resource for you and your customers. On hand to provide quotes, free help and competitive SLA’s they are in our opinion the best in the channel.
Business development managers
In addition to technical support our business development managers provide a wider scope of support to include sales, fulfilment and customer service. From joint business plans to pipeline projection, bid management and vendor relationship management, our Microsoft, HPE, Aruba and Juniper business development managers work with you to help you win deals and provide you with specialist product knowledge.
Our skilled configuration department offers pre shipment services ranging from straight forward configurations through to complete design and testing for the most complex projects. Services we offer include imaging, networking, server soak testing, complete rack build and deploy and asset tagging. In addition, we can build and configure your order, then hold it until it’s ready to be shipped to the customer.
We have designed, created and developed a number of online tools, all of which are available for you to use to help support and grow your business. Our tools, which include iQuote and CSP Marketplace, give quick and accurate quotes and configurations at the most competitive price without the need for technical expertise.
Training and events
Gain partner status HPE knowledge credits through a range of Westcoast events. We are accredited to deliver HPE sales certification courses on behalf of HPE, in an instructor-led training environment, held at our Solutions Centre in Milton Keynes and a number of other venues across the country.
Alongside in person training days we also run interactive webinar series’ and have a wealth of pre-recorded training videos on our YouTube channel. We can also support our customers in training and holding events for end user clients.
